This weekend, I’m putting the final touches on the first ever Mastermind Sprints program I’m building for you.
What are Mastermind Sprints?
Well, I’m glad you asked. :)
Our new Mastermind Sprints program will be time-bound, topic-focused business mastermind groups lasting just 6 weeks, with one meeting per week and daily checkin emails from MastermindJam with tips and encouragement.
How long will it last?
This first Sprint will be 6 weeks. In future Sprints, we’ll experiment with 3, 6, and 12-week formats to see what works well for participants.
What will the Sprint focus on?
The formula will be this:
In 6 weeks, this Sprint will [verb] your [business thing] by [measurable quantity or outcome].
Here are a few examples:
• A 6-week Sprint to grow your business Facebook Page followers by 10k fans for only 1-2¢ per Like.
• A 6-week Sprint to create one new offer stack and marketing funnel for your service-based coaching business to make at least $1k from paid inbound traffic.
• A 6-week Sprint to reduce user churn in your SaaS app by 5%.
• A 6-week Sprint to transform your content marketing ROI by targeting 3 new, previously-undiscovered long tail keywords.
(Those are all just tentative ideas. Reply if you have suggestions!)
Sprints really can be anything: code issues, content creation, finance… anything that can be broken down into a specific topic of study with measurable results by the end of the 6-week Sprint time period.
How will it work?
Sprints will be intense, focused mastermind group meetings, ruthlessly striving to get every member across the agreed-upon finish line.
Sprint groups will not be assigned, you will choose which group you’d like to join.
The Sprints will have time-limited signup periods, and a limited number of members allowed in each group.
There may be multiple groups doing the same Sprint topic, grouped by member revenue, location, and business type.
After the time period is up for each Sprint, if your group enjoyed working together, you’re free to “re-up” and continue meeting as a mastermind group for as long as you like. Or, at the end of the Sprint, you can wave goodbye to that group of entrepreneurs and join the next Sprint on a new topic.
When will this first Sprint begin?
Registration for this very first Sprint will open June 26th and close June 28th, and the actual Sprint will start on July 2nd.
Anyway… many details to iron out but I wanted to get feedback as early as possible.
If you have Sprint suggestions that fit the mad lib-style format I outlined above, please click reply and let me know!
