We’re seeing many entrepreneurs stumbling over a self-imposed mental hurdle of competition when they arrive at Nugget
These entrepreneurs are looking for their perfect, unique idea that has little or no competition. They get a business idea, search for competitors, then if they find even one established company offering a similar service they immediately give up.
Why? What is the appeal of a market with zero entrants?
What if we started looking for desirable competition, instead?
